Two Silver Medals and Two New Records For Brenda

Medal Win and Broken Scottish Records at the Neston Archers GNAS 2-way Clout


Brenda Williams won the silver medal for Ladies Barebow at the Neston Archers GNAS 2-way Clout on 27th August. She also broke the existing Scottish records for both the single 2-way GNAS Clout and the double 2-way GNAS Clout (140yrds).

The competition was part of the Cheshire Archery Association Tri-Clout event, held annually in the Wirral, Cheshire, hosted by Neston Company of Archers and organised by Peter Gregory of Stalybridge Archers.

In the Cheshire Archery Association Clout Championships on 28th August 2011, (the second day of the CAA Tri-Clout) ,Brenda Williams secured the silver medal for Ladies Barebow (visitors) for the GNAS 1-way clout, and at the same time broke the existing Scottish record for a single 1-way GNAS Clout (140yrds).
